Debugging White Label Email

To tell if your White Label Email is set up correctly, navigate to the management section of Megalytic and open the Settings tab.

If you see a red “X” next to the custom email that you added, then there is a problem with the DNS settings for your custom email. In this situation, Megalytic will continue to send reports for you, but they will be sent from the default address:

Hover over the red “X” and you will see a message indicating the problem that Megalytic has detected with your DNS settings.
