Adding Text Comments to a Report

You can add comments to Megalytic reports that explain, or provide context, to the readers. There are two places you can do this:

• In-line within the report using the Notes Widget.
• Cover page. See Adding a Cover Page

To add comments in-line to your report, start by clicking on “Add Widget”.

Next, click on the Notes Widget from the Widget Library. You can scroll down to find it, or type “Notes” into the search bar as shown below.

After you click on the Notes Widget, an empty comments area will appear in your report. Start typing your text where it says “Add your comments here”.

A text editing tool will appear that enables you to format your text. You are able to change fonts, styles, colors, add bullets, numbering, links, etc.
